Yup, it's a thing. Described to be "a delicious all-natural detox tea program that promotes good health and weight loss". But I'm already getting way ahead of myself. Lets start from the beginning. A cheeky little app called Instagram is one of my biggest forms of procrastination. I absolutely love it. I've come across many inspiring bloggers/fitspo people/healthy & delicious recipes on it so technically it's not all that bad! One of the accounts that really got to me is: yourtea. This account is focused on promoting their teatox products with a range of photos of people's before and afters to inspiring quotes to just hot models posing. After seeing so many photos of different body shapes with incredible results I was curious to see if the products would give real results or if this was just one big scam. I did my research and dug deep. The result of the research led me to believing in the product 100%. The tea is organic and consists of five main ingredients:
Benefits: anti-cancer potential, a load of anti-oxidants, effects on cholesterol levels, antibacterial properties and positive effects for weight loss.
Benefits: clear away the liver heat, moisten the intestines, relaxes the bowels and clears eyes.
Benefits: Healthy heart (Increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure), reduces anxiety and stress, promotes healthy liver functions, increases metabolism, has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Benefits: clears up skin, increases hair growth and reduces chances in cardiovascular diseases.
Additional Chinese Medicine herbal ingredients
BLAH BLAH BLAH it's got a zillion benefits.
I thought it would be the perfect time to invest in this tea as I'm currently doing a zero alcohol challenge and what better way to prize myself this gem? Well I ordered it and it's here!
The postman could definitely tell I was a happy bunny when he delivered the parcel.
Can you tell I'm excited?
I'm currently on day three and it's going great so far. No crazy transformation just yet but I'm excited to see what is yet to come. Don't worry I'll be keeping you on the loop on this one.
Please let me know if you've done it, what your experience with it was, what your thoughts are on a teatox.
